Oh my goodness! How cuuute...was the mother nearby? I hope she wasn't orphaned. You guys should keep her as a pet. Yup. :)
We never saw momma. As soon as Mr. Good was done mowing the area, the fawn disappeared. I have to believe the mother was watching from the woods and retrieved her baby as soon as there was no one around.
