HE GROWS UP!!!!!
Our little boy is growing up. This is his first day in school. Pastor prayed yesterday for all the little children going to school for the first time. After I elbowed Zachary, he said: "MOM!" Anyway, here he is in all his glory:

YAAAAAAAAY! First day of school; bet Elyse is glad she doesn't have to wear a uniform. Zach looks very handsome.

I've been praying for you all throughout the morning! He looks so happy; I hope he has a GREAT first day experience!
I am hoping the same for Elyse, as well. This is going to be a lot of changes/transition for you all this year!

So far, so good! Elyse finished school in an hour. Zachary has a half day today. We leave in 30 minutes to get him. We are packing a lunch and then hitting the stores for school supplies and FOOD! Thanks for praying and thinking about us - so far, so good!
How did it go???? I'm so excited!
Elyse says: "Actually, Erin, I wish I was the one going to school. I like the uniforms, especially the navy pants\skirts. So, yeah."
Zachary really liked it! His Bible teacher is like his old youth leader. In other words, a riot! He thinks he will really like going there for school. He is even taking CHOIR! Oh boy!
So happy for a good report. I'm glad today was a GOOD day! And I can't get over how old both of them look. When did they grow up?!
Whoopsies, that last one ("anonymous") was me.
A good first day...now we just need to pay for the rest of them.
