WE'RE GOING TO MILWAUKEE ON THE TRAIN!!!!!
Guess what? After six months, we sold the van. Woot (as Erin would say)! Can't believe it is gone. We are going to save soooo much gas money.
Funny part: We put Z & E to bed after AWANA. Then the buyers of the van came to take said van home with them. After they left and we were filthy rich - E came out and was crying. We wondered what was wrong. She doesn't want the van sold, she loves that van. Funny! Erin, do you remember doing that with the red van? Dad did!
So, now we are above zero in EVERY column and getting ahead. Praise the Lord!

Ahhh, children and their irrational attachment to mini-vans. Yes, I remember those days, Erin.
Glad you sold it! Speaking of going to Milwaukee on the train, yesterday Robby and I were having a conversation over lunch, and I happened to mention "It be haaaaard, Jack." And got no reaction whatsoever. Whereupon it struck me that evidently only our family can have an entire conversation without saying anything but quotes from that movie. Ooops. You live and learn.
LOVE,
Betsey
i tried to comment earlier sheesh! blogger hates me.
l liked that red van.
Yay for selling of vans and lots of money and making your children cry!! Wait, that last one wasn't supposed to come out...Yeah, I don't get the train/Milwaukee thing, but it's ok. I'm perfectly alright with being left in the dark on this one. You Rumleys are strange!
Ha, I'm glad you didn't give Leigh the third degree on Saturday. I could tell you kinda wanted to. You had that who's-this-kid-and-why-is-he-with-Jaymi look on your face. It was strange pulling into your driveway on Friday and Saturday and not seeing the van. But I'm sure you are so glad to be rid of it!
