These are my latest addition to my flower collection. Aren't they cool?
Two out-patient therapies under my belt. I climbed stairs for two minutes using my "bad" leg first. I rode a recumbent bike for 10 minutes. I am a little sore right now, Tylenol here we come!
BTW, I would like to get a recumbent bike for me to ride (therapist's suggestion). Anybody know of a cheap or free one that I can buy, borrow or steal?

Just in case someone has a recumbent bike to loan/give me, I already have one coming on Tuesday. My friend says it is the best clothes hanger, but I can use it as long as I need it. YAY for free!
