Make that boy drink some milk! This is getting ridiculous. And yes, I'd say those rugs have seen better days.
Zachary is the one that drinks milk the best. He loves crackers & milk - such a Rumley. He usually wears those brace things every time he plays basketball - I guess he forgot this time. Maybe he is just accident prone - who knows!

Yes, I think you need new rugs. If you want to save the money, just don't replace them. Who says you need a rug in the bathroom? If you want a place to step when you get out of the shower, just lay a towel down.
