WE ARE TRULY TRAVELING!

We actually are "Going to Milwaukee on the Train." Z, E & I will be heading to GR on Sunday. Number 2 grandchild should arrive on Monday some time. Exciting times. Spending time with Grace will be a royal treat as well! Can't wait. Z & E can't stop talking about it. Lacey - YOU CAN DO IT! We love you!

ERIN GOT TO ME!!!!!

Ok, so I will update. Problem: I have nothing to say. That is the reason for the delay in updating. The numbers are going down - yeah! Even on my own personal scale at home (which hasn't been the case in several weeks). I have changed my eating habits (somewhat). I am sure that is the reason.

Yesterday Zachary roller bladed around the block while Elyse and I walked. He is amazing on those things. Like Emily was when she was little (seems they are just part of his feet - he can do stairs and everything).

God woke me up this morning at 3:00 a.m. I was wide awake and felt the urge to pray for Lacey. So, Lacey, you were prayed for from 3:00 to 5:20 this morning. Hope all is going well. I didn't want to call you at that time to find out what was going on, just in case you were sleeping and not laboring. But, you were in my thoughts and prayers for a long time today! Just in case you forgot, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!

So, that was a long post when I had nothing to say. Love you all!

WE'RE GOING TO MILWAUKEE ON THE TRAIN!!!!!

Guess what? After six months, we sold the van. Woot (as Erin would say)! Can't believe it is gone. We are going to save soooo much gas money.

Funny part: We put Z & E to bed after AWANA. Then the buyers of the van came to take said van home with them. After they left and we were filthy rich - E came out and was crying. We wondered what was wrong. She doesn't want the van sold, she loves that van. Funny! Erin, do you remember doing that with the red van? Dad did!

So, now we are above zero in EVERY column and getting ahead. Praise the Lord!

NEW TOYS!!!!!

Now I have no excuse, I have to clean the house. The UPS man just brought me my new vacuum cleaner (the nerve). It is very light and easy to use (just what I needed). I vacuumed the whole upstairs and then did the steps (and I'm not even winded). It came with a small canister vacuum (that is what I used for the stairs). No more lugging the huge canister down the steps. It also comes with an iron (they sent a lamp, but I am returning that and getting the iron in the next few days). The lamp is nice, but I need the iron.

I got a free 10-minute back massage (the kind you sit up in a chair). She was very good. She said I was really tight - I could have told her that. It felt really good - now I want a nap.

STORMS!

Erin loves storms. So do I (that is, when they come during the day). Last night's storm was awesome! It woke up Elyse and she crawled in bed with me (ugh!). After she realized that the world wasn't coming to an end, she went back to bed and fell right asleep. But, you know me, I laid there for hours listening to the storm and NOT sleeping. If there weren't so many things to do today, I would take a long winter's nap. Yet, it is 62 degrees today, not very much like winter.

BTW, I got my 100 day t-shirt from Curves today. Yeah for me!

Please pray for my "Boo!" She left here Sunday pretty sick. We don't want it either, so you can pray that we don't get it.

A SAD FEW DAYS!!!!!

Today they buried Keith. He was such a handsome young man, so full of life. Pray for the family - they are truly struggling. The next few days will be very hard for them.

To top off a bad few days, the Geo got a flat. All four tires are bad - so replacing them all is in order. The drive to the Haute will be very late (2:30 a.m.). I think we should get a horse and buggy, cars are the pits.

Thanks for your support, emails, phone calls and prayers. We needed them!
